EIKE KÖNIG x studio creative underdogs present the HAPPY BRANDING CHAIR.

In spring 2023, Berlin-based artist and founder of the graphic studio HORT, Eike König, exhibited his HAPPY BRANDING SERIES at the Necktar 127 Gallery in Stuttgart. This series features black and white paintings in which König combines logos of well-known brands to create new images.

Inspired by König's work, Alex Klein aimed to translate this feeling and expression into three dimensions by designing a sculptural piece with a similar statement and polarizing presence. The resulting chair, currently a unique piece, is a collaboration between the Berlin artist and the Stuttgart-based design studio studio creative underdogs.
